DONNA HOKE’s play, “Face Time”, is such a witty, ‘right-on’ characterization of how many of us stay in touch with friends and family with online apps. It’s sad when our communications are so impersonal, even to the point of relating important events online as well as ‘just letting you know’ you saw something, you visited somewhere, you did something, you thought something - oh, you get the picture. I highly recommend this fun play!

You would think technology would bring us closer because everyone is so accessible, or are they? A relatable snapshot of life and the get togethers we miss. Well done.

Surreal social commentary. Very witty observation of the superficiality that human interaction has become. Two great roles for women. Would be an asset to any comedy festival.
