    If you are looking for a "Once Bitten" message of how love conquers all, move on. In this intriguing work "vampire" becomes a metaphor for the predatory instincts in mankind, and how they are possibly insurmountable. In fact, Jeremy's arc is not to face his fears and overcome them, but to acknowledge them and give in. This kind of message is rare in art, but it is honest, and it could lead to better art (although not better humanity.) Hovanesian should be applauded for his bravery.

    What a delight to watch this play on YouTube. Thanks first for sharing this production on NPX so that we can all see it. Vampires, dating apps, dildos. The mix is dramatic and comedic and sweet to see live, but what makes this play sing is the writing by Hovanesian which I've grown to admire and be inspired by with each and every piece. He brings to the stage a new voice that's exciting and fresh and to every writer out there, add one (if not all!) of his plays to your reading list today!! You won't be disappointed.
