Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Alice, Pursued by a Bear

Oh dear. I know this bear. The problem is, he doesn't lie. He's extremely honest. But the truths bear tells are often unlikely truths. And bear really can't protect you from everything. I love the way anxiety is anthropomorphized into a teddy bear Alice clung to as a child, but grew because she was too afraid to let go. I loved this play as travel is also one of the anxieties that affect me the most. Very relatable and engaging and a great way to really illustrate anxiety to people who don't quite understand it.
