Saw it in Atlanta years ago and just remembered today how much I loved it. Just go read it!

It's such a great pleasure to watch a play, as it comes to a close, rise up and gather itself and deliver a serious emotional punch. SILENT SKY does that and more, providing laughs, connection, and the solid common sense to treat the audience as intelligent enough to follow both the science and human relationships. A delightful piece, and I'm so glad to have discovered it.

Lauren Gunderson tells this complex tale with utter (and enviable) simplicity. And charm and grace. She celebrates science with passion. And she's a master of pacing. SILENT SKY is a bright and bittersweet play.

Lauren Gunderson has this amazing talent of making any subject she takes on accessible and magical. SILENT SKY is no different. There is so much heart and soul and humor in this script, it breaks your heart in all the right places.

Such an utterly beautiful, breathtaking vast play. The protagonist with her eyes to the sky, to discovery, is the kind of character every actress wants to play. What I most appreciated about Silent Sky, is that there is no talking down to the audience. You are expected to understand astronomy, and for these 110 pages, you do!
