I had the privilege of seeing this during its run in Chicago and I have yet to see a body of work so carefully written, while leaving you at the edge of your seat. You quickly stop looking for the "good guy" as it becomes even more complex and disturbing then your usual black and white thrillers. Phenomenal show.

An absolute thrill-ride from start to finish. I saw it at CATF and it has stayed with me. We need more edge-of-your-seat plays like this!

Is there light at the end of the tunnel? Well this tunnel is indeed dark and twisty, the turns are sometimes sharp, the humor deliciously dark, the characters richly complex. It's a thriller with psychological depth, and even heart - the ending both disturbing and moving. I had the pleasure of directing the East Coast Premiere of this play and it was one of this season's most talked about productions. OH WOW! I loved watching a packed house squirm, laugh, cringe, and audibly gasp as this tight thriller unfolds with more twists than a Twizzler. If you want to take your audience on a theatrical roller coaster that provides them with devastatingly complex characters, a situation that never ceases changing, and a sharp, smart look into the eye of the basics of humanity: belief and doubt and possession and obsession ON CLOVER ROAD should lmove to the top of our reading list.
