Killing animals for sport is an ethical debate. Killing humans for sport is a sci-fi trope. But killing androids for sport? What if they look and act startlingly human? Do they have feelings? Do they have souls? What if the quarry bears more than a passing resemblance to someone you love? Pynn handles these questions with great skill in this unforgettable play.

This is a compelling play that explores the crucial issue of what it means to be human. As the story progresses it unravels the core of the characters and the moral choices that humans must make. There are echoes of issues that are not directly addressed, such as male/female power, because the questions at the core of the play reverberate in many directions. It is taut and artfully written.
