This story of a complicated family includes deliciously creepy scares and deliciously authentic relationships. A fun read—but I’d love even more to see it produced and watch this exciting play come to life onstage!

The concept of setting a play on Halloween with all the decorations etc. is irresistible—I don’t think I’ve ever seen that on stage, and it gels nicely with the show playing out largely in real time. All the elements work nicely in concert.

Very fun and energetic, the use of the chorus is very interesting and spooky, it's fast-paced, with good, snappy dialogue. I'd definitely classify this as a page-turner, it is somewhat predictable, but most ghost stories are- you know bad people in ghost stories always get what's coming to them. This would be great Halloween programming and I think you could achieve all the scares on a modest budget, I really enjoyed it.
