A revealing story about the experience of growing up in religion and the questions that arise from the trials of life and loss. Excellent.

This piece has a distinct, fresh, adolescent voice. These characters face their questions about God and their insecurities in the way that only teenagers truly can. White’s characters face loss and growing up in a way that’s at the same time painfully funny, profoundly sad, and unabashedly human.

Faith, loss, friendship and faith are just a few of the huge themes woven into this beautifully realized coming-of-age play. White taps into both the insecurities and the strong ties between close friends. As they deal with a loss, there are revelations that jar all of them. Funny, irreverent and achingly poignant, I clued into to each of the characters and wanted to continue with them on their journey after the play. The play contains beautifully realized characters for teens to play. Highly recommended.

I love this play. Touchingly honest and tragically funny--there is something achingly authentic about White's voice in this play. A potent examination of the power of faith and friendships.

This is a really moving coming-of-age piece about kids who grow up with religion as a major influence. It deals with issues of faith very artfully without vilifying religion. Very smart!

A fun and touching play about teens, trying to cope with sudden loss, and the temptations they face from figures trying to take advantage of their situation. A great read-- check this one out!
