    Wonderful take on toxic masculinity and how effed up it makes us all. I especially love the note about maybe casting the play with an all female cast - that would be awesome to see! My favorite part though is the list itself, or maybe the tear rolling down Odie's face after he prays, or maybe - there are a lot of parts to favor! Read on!

    The fantastic mixture of language and myths really excites me in this short by Matt Barbot. A LIST OF SOME SHIT I'VE KILLED is poetic and bold. It looks at masculinity (and often toxic masculinity) through the deeds done through the bow of Heracles to great effect. Really well done.

Barbot's wit is matched by his powerful sense of satire — Not easy to pull off! — But he does, slaying the Greeks and our own ineptitudes in one fell swoop. I love the idea of the all-woman cast. What fun this show would be to see onstage! A rollicking new work for the Classics SuperFan or just someone who's trying to figure out... Where we went wrong? Grab the cut-rate armor, bring on the tunics, and produce this gem!
