Reading this in 2022 is ... uncanny. This piece is prophetic. It's also innovative in its approach to gathering people together to think about themselves and their history in a space together. Very nicely done and worth your time.

I love the thought experiment activated in this play. A very compelling framework that brings us towards a challenging and necessary disruption. Really appreciated the theatricality too. Compelling work!

Currently riding this train that is 2021, the ideas in this script sunk deeply into my core. It is successful in making me question and it would be invigorating to join in on the discussion. It's fabulous that the audience is encourage to engage so directly with what's said before the end of the night. The use of sound and light is great.

A beautiful exploration of technology and the connectedness of our society as it has resulted in the opposite of it's intention. Enlightening, insightful and marvelously done!

Suilebhan's suggested staging and lighting design was the perfect backdrop for this play - darkness with occasional illumination - and offers both a visual and allegorical message that enhances the strong, dramatic storytelling. Weaving the past into the present offers us the chance to immerse ourselves in the moment and leave with questions that challenge our own beliefs.

This is a mesmerizing piece that accomplishes everything a work for the theater should: it tells its story with perfectly chosen words, it engages with a wonderfully creative, theatrical intimacy, and it challenges us to think, and perhaps shift our perspectives a bit. I'm not usually one for immersive theatre pieces, but man, I'd love to be in the room when this happens!

Gwydion brought me into the room with this piece. I even felt the lights dim and then lighten up as time went on. This play couldn't be more current. I started questioning my beliefs in the middle of the piece. Take the time to review this piece of theatre and you'll think differently.

This is the play we should all be reading right now. With beautifully poetic writing that never feels forced, Suilebhan gently (yet intelligently) challenges the audience's beliefs and whether they are worth holding onto. Drawing from history, science, and literature, "Transmission" is about what we choose to pass onto each other, and whether we have any say in the matter. The section about the pandemic in particular is disturbingly relevant now. Beautiful play that, to repeat myself, we should all be reading now.

“Transmission” is one of the most carefully crafted pieces I’ve ever set my eyes on. Suilebhan accounted for every detail of this script, and it is very evident as you dig deep into the mind-melting material “Transmission” has to offer. Intimate, Immersive and Intelligent, this script will leave no gaps, and will engage your brain in ways you haven’t experienced before.

I was so immersed in this while reading it, I can only begin to imagine what feelings this show elicits when you're actually in the room. For me, this evoked a beautiful feeling and really made me think about our culture and where we are today. This was incredibly intimate and a wonderful experience, even as a read. I really enjoy theatre like this and highly recommend it.
