One of my favorite playwrights strikes again! I'll never forget Weezy.

A beautiful play that grapples with grief, loss, our scars, and how we cope. Hope to see this onstage in the future!

This play is life changing, for the actors and the audience. A true theatrical experience. Heartwarming, hilarious, gut-wrenching, all of it.

I love when I come across true theatre magic. And when it comes wrapped in a surprise, inside a tale of true emotion, connection, and meaning…all the better. Alabaster is an emotionally beautiful play that transports us to a world like no other. Audrey Cefaly’s writing draws you in while simultaneously celebrating life and discovery as only theatre can. Her dialogue jumps off the page and her characters grab you by the heart and soul. Incredible work and I hope to see this play soon. I’m grateful to Audrey Cefaly for writing this transcendent piece.

There's enough praise and adulation for this play that it almost feels like anything I add will just feel redundant. However here is my attempt...

ALABASTERby Audrey Cefaly stands as a prime example of how the boundary between tragedy and comedy is razor-thin. Cefaly walks that tightrope and brings together a play that is at once uproariously funny and heartbreakingly sad. Whether you read it or see ALABASTER, you will be moved, hurt, and uplifted all at once. A marvelous play.
