I love a good poetic piece, and this has all that and more! A powerful message for women the world over, and a warning to those who don't respect all that our bodies can do. From dancing to fighting and back again, this is a theatrical smorgasbord and its pretty delicious.

Choreography, dance, theatricality, 'Me Too' - just yes! Fearless female.

Such a powerful play. The juxtaposition of the two characters dressed in evening wear and going through fight/dance sequence make for a wonderful scene that would be so effective on stage. This should be more than just Ellen's dream, this should be the new reality and plays like this need to be seen by everyone to bring that change into fruition.

I was so drawn in by the possibility of movement in this piece, as well as the stage pictures you could make with the juxtaposition of the costumes and the dialogue and violence of the piece. I know that whenever I'm out alone at night a similar monologue runs through my head as I mentally prepare to defend myself if the need ever presents itself. Really powerful, I would love to see it produced.

A choreopoem with fight choreography. Feisty, fearless, female.
