Amazon, Target, both are on board, while Big Pharma feels the heat. Then reality sets in. The volatile pressures of both business and personal relationships take their toll as dramatic conflicts emerge, converge. Hallie Palladino brilliantly portrays six very different human beings every step of the way to a calmly shattering conclusion that rings true in each and every particular.

This is a strong piece. The characters jump off the page in ways actors and audiences will savor, and the plot-line is a skillful reflection of current social and cultural fault lines, without seeming like a "problem play" that talks down to us. Derailed invites us to join these characters as they try to do the best they can with what they've got. Then deal with the consequences. That's how I interpret it anyway. I look forward to buying a ticket to this one.

Achingly real, incredibly specific, drama rooted in truth. Following the highs and lows is exhilarating, the knowledge of impending tragedy always looming but cut with moments of humor and genuine connection. It addresses modern concerns without patronizing and creates an instant connection with characters that, even if you don't love them, you immediately feel like you know. Excited to see where it continues to go

Who gets to dream? Depending on who you are, a thousand things might be working against you, or working for you, as you do your best to take your next step and your best shot. DERAILED looks at what some people are willing to give, and other are willing to take in a world that makes none of it easy for anybody

An nicely interwoven look at ambition, capitalism, altruism, and privilege. Interesting, well-developed characters from diverse backgrounds who are trying to rewrite their pasts in various ways. Snappy dialogue, some laugh out loud moments in this drama.

This play held my attention right from the start. An ensemble drama with vividly real characters, all trying to find their next rung on the ladder, each with drastically different measures they're willing to take to get there. Compelling relationships, hard truths, and characters I didn't want to leave.

A rich and layered drama/tragedy about family, attaining wealth, and the stranglehold opioids have on people. DERAILED is a time capsule for the culture we live in today.

DERAILED is a smart, topical play that will keep you engaged throughout. The writer has created a number of intriguing plotlines, and relatable characters, even in a first draft. I'm looking forward to seeing where this play goes!
