HANDY ANDY is an action-packed, romantic comedy about ANDY. He's selfish, lazy, a compulsive liar, and a cannabis addict. One morning his girlfriend, JILL, cuts their relationship short due to his reckless party habits. Realizing the error of his ways, ANDY becomes determined to win back JILL's heart.

Meanwhile TROY, his drug dealer, accidentally sells him marijuana which gives him strange, butt-kicking superpowers. At the same time, two mysterious people are on the hunt for their missing bag of weed. Can ANDY find the superhero within? Does he have what it takes to defend his friends from the danger that lies ahead?
