A gorgeous play about friendship, maturity, girlhood, and how we try to bridge the divides that appear between us and our friends, family members, and heroes as we grow up. The dialogue is beautiful in its poetic simplicity, and the play's magical elements are both highly theatrical and impactful in expressing the play's themes. It's a wonderful read that swept me away, and the staging possibilities are endless.
