So funny - I loved every minute. I had the pleasure of seeing a reading at the Midwest Dramatist Conference this past fall. And all the while you are laughing, you question women's lack of opportunities, societies skewed values, and how many women consider compromising their values on the path to success.

This was a fun ride with a dark turn. Naveen makes some great arguments about the mistreatment and objectification of women in the media. This script would be a strong addition to a college night of 10-minute plays and would provide three (that's right three) roles for women!

This play has a great hook and it's funny as heck — But it's what's brewing just below the surface that really impresses. Roberts has dropped us into he broken world of the has-been child star, and in her idle idolatry, we find a telling commentary of women in many roles, onstage and off.

Darn it, Darla! You came up with the catchiest play title ever! I am a sucker for stories about not-quite-celebrities, and this one delivers. It's funny, but underneath, it says a lot about the limited opportunities for women in entertainment. Some very fun character, great dialogue and a theme song, all in a compact 10-minute piece!
