  • Eliza Palter: The Wild Boar Of Chernobyl

An impactful and Grimm little nightmare!! This play radiates something quite haunted and horrible in all of the best ways. Pazniokas has created an exceptionally vivid world for designers to play with, and the text effectively immerses us into that world without working too hard. So good!

  • Conor McShane: The Wild Boar Of Chernobyl

Wow. A wonderfully freaky play that serves as an effective parable of the dangers of religious dogma divorced from reality and a ripping good slice of sci-fi horror to boot. An incredibly effective read that I would absolutely love to see on stage!

  • Nick Malakhow: The Wild Boar Of Chernobyl

A fast paced and extremely unsettling and well-done piece of theatrical horror and science fiction. Its messages about cult personalities and fear of government overreach to the point of self-destruction are perpetually (sadly) relevant. Pazniokas manages to establishes a crystal clear world here without unnecessary exposition and with just a few well-chosen characters. This would be a blast for designers to dive into, and the roles are all well-rounded too, no doubt giving the actors who will play them much to work with! I hope to see this live and on its feet!

  • John Bavoso: The Wild Boar Of Chernobyl

Horrifying, compelling, and at times darkly funny, The Wild Boar of Chernobyl is a play that wasn’t written in 2020, but perfectly captures the politicization of public health and the tension between religion and science we’re currently immersed in even as the number of COVID infections continues to rise. Pazniokas has created a timeless fable that I imagine would be a joy for talented actors and designers to sink their teeth into (no pun intended). Highly recommended!

  • Cheryl Bear: The Wild Boar Of Chernobyl

A surreal world we rarely get the opportunity to live in, some great existential questions are able to be explored. An incredible groundbreaking journey!

  • Shaun Leisher: The Wild Boar Of Chernobyl

This play is terrifying and I am so excited to see it produced!!! This is a true gift to actors, directors and designers in terms of the limitless possibilities of creating this post-apocalyptic world. Pazniokas perfectly portrays fanaticism and the human desire to have purpose and to find answers. PLEASE SOMEONE PRODUCE THIS!!!

  • Paul Vintner: The Wild Boar Of Chernobyl

Pazniokas does not limit herself or shy away from the gritty, the unsettling, or the difficult in her plays. Rather she charges forth to create truly spectacular pieces of theatre. This is no exception. Ambitious, formidable writing that would thrill and entice any artist. The material is demanding, but worth it; disturbing, but sooooo good.
