Every Creeping Thing is such good fun with beautifully layered (or should I say stratified?) humor. Ten minutes of pre-disaster delight. Thank you Mr, Beardsley

Relentlessly hilarious, gorgeously observed, and eternally timely, the climate change satire delivers its message without being eclipsed by it.

I saw the Zoom presentation for Theater Resources Unlimited’s TRUspeak benefit. The characters are terrific, the exchanges are riddled with great dinosaur (and roach) humor, and things only get funnier as that meteor gets closer.

There are layers and layers to discuss but enjoy it for the great comedy it is first.

A creative look at the day history devised it's rhyming scheme. Expertly paced. Rife with clever parallels, knowing smirks, and heart.

Another Beardsley satire that manages to be simultaneously both funny and awful (my favorite combination!) Distinct characters with big personalities and life-and-death wants -- who happen to be dinosaurs -- cannot manage to get their acts together long enough to stave off the inevitable. This play should leave you worried about our own, post-Jurassic era (who will be the dinosaurs, and who, if anyone, the cockroaches?) Consider it for your short play festival centering on on climate change/political satire/or just plain old comedy - it hits all the marks.

A clever "all ages" play, that includes the very young audiences. The costuming could be wonderful. The scope of the satire is amazing for such a short play. Beardsley has elevated anthropology into a trending topic as he questions whether every era has its earth-shattering challenges.

What delicious fun this short play is, doing all that a ten minute piece should do with stylish satirical humor. And a fine punch back at today's human dinosaurs,

Pure delight. I read this play out loud all by myself and it was one of the most fun scripts I've read. There is humor on every single page and the jokes are spot on, but more than that, it's a deeply thoughtful piece and an excellent satire. I look forward to reading more from Beardsley!
