ROUGH WATERS is a play about all of these things. Two strangers, Andrew and Betty, meet on the Staten Island ferry. After a while they find out they have a lot in common. Betty discovers it doesn't hurt to talk to a stranger, because this time it leads her to share a very private and moving moment.
