Carnes does a wonderful job crafting three full formed intergenerational women. Lots of humor and heart!

Carnes really excels at writing generations of interesting women, leading to great roles for actors of all types in her scripts, and this play is no exception. Community theatres looking to give actresses great roles with achievable production elements should definitely check this play out, but it deserves higher-budget productions just as much! Give it a read!

We had the pleasure of workshopping this incredible play with Rachael and presenting it as a reading. The process of working with Rachael was as good as the play itself.

this is a play ripe with rich emotions, dramatic situations and fun language. From a producers perspective, it is an excellent choice to produce with a tight, strong cast of characters, each vividly written and relatable to different generations; a strong sense of environment filled with opportunities for physicality and movement and a touching story of healing and growth.

I cannot recommend this play and playwright enough...
