Do they get to return to their work? Should their work even survive? Do we leave them behind, and if so, how? And what happens if all of these questions are about your own Dad?

Splendidly savage. The playwright has written an incredible visceral and taut pair of sisters, and their inevitable confrontation of the truth does not disappoint. (Terrific title too!)

How do you handle it when you find out that your beloved Dad may have been a sexual predator? What does this mean for them and him? Riveting and well done.

Playwrights Foundation enthusiastically recommends this play, HOT LITTLE SLICE, as a Semi-Finalist for the Bay Area Playwrights Festival 2020. We were moved by the quality of the writing and the relevant and compelling themes that spoke to the mission of our festival. It excelled in a competitive process of 735 plays submitted this year and rose to the top after a six month long process discussing its merits with both national and local Bay Area readers, and we hope it moves swiftly towards production.
