Premiere Stages, the professional Equity theatre in residence at Kean University, is pleased to recognize Rage Play as a Semi-Finalist for the 2026 Premiere Play Festival. The play rose through a competitive process to become one of 65 Semi-Finalists out of 894 submissions. With an inventive form, the piece boldly addresses a tragically relevant issue for women. Instead, she takes on the narratives we tell ourselves to justify our actions, the narratives we use to conveniently judge others, and ultimately, the ethics of narrative itself - all without ever losing sight of the piece's moral core of anguished outrage.
