Ryan Kaminski's "The Meadow" is a skillful, neat, and tidy mystery play with a twist worthy of Ellery Queen. Very satisfying to read and, I would imagine, to see on stage.

Ryan Kaminski's "The Meadow" is one of those short, delightfully wicked works that Hitchcock would have loved to develope into a teleplay. I was with it from beginning to end. And what drove this nicely wrought work were the characters, a feast for 2 actresses. Nicely done!

This ten-minute play feels like the denouement of a two-hour noir. Ryan Kaminski pulls us in right away, and keeps piling on the mystery, right up until the final twist. I highly recommend this excellent short play, especially for two actresses to have a chance to really dig in to a couple of meaty roles.

A highly ending female-driven chamber noir, like a ten-minute SLEUTH for two women! It's a whirlwind of a trope-fest with every genre beat in the perfect place. There's deception! There's gamesmanship! There's alcohol! (and perhaps other toxins…) Best of all, it's a great vehicle for two actresses to go head to head!

I saw a fantastic staged reading of "The Meadow" presented by the Open Door Arts Center (NJ)! This play is a well-crafted mystery with a great twist!

Perfectly chilling and deliciously Hitchcockian, The Meadow is an intriguing tale ripe with increased tension, a suspense-filled showcase for two female actors with a truly killer ending.

A timeless turnabout-is-fair-play two-hander. This would fit nicely into an evening of noir.

This is a great, short mystery story, complete with multiple, intriguing twists and turns in its brief 10-minute runtime. Great job with planting lines early in the story that resonate later. A very tight, well-written suspense piece that would be fun to watch played out on stage.
