Some stellar details and lines like, “She screams like my sister when my father held her upside-down and made her walk on the ceiling.” “She places the pan on the table and lifts the lid in a grand reveal. The food is not nearly done and the meat is still raw.” = a MOMENT, the use of two voices from one character, “ The bold sections of the speech represent Raven’s innermost thoughts and are a different aspect of her personality.
