The audience will make a quick connection and root for these characters. The plot covers a lot of ground in a short period of time while being both funny and poignant. Enjoyed it

"Love and the Fear of it All" manages to be both explosively joyful and tender, and all while acknowledging the chaos and terror of the world around us. Romantic love and family love are powerful in the piece, and maybe they are what will save us from the times we live in.

A very funny and sweet play about helping each other through the fear and anxiety of life to instead focus on joy, love and each other. Lovely!

Rincon once again proves himself a master storyteller with a piece that challenges the very definition of what a 10 minute piece can do. Thanks to his usual comedic flair and tender drama we're treated to a superb love story that warms the heart and exhilarates the senses.

The amount of life covered in this ten-minute play is staggering, it has hilarious physical comedy, painful anxiety, exuberant joy, and passionate love. Rincon is able to make the audience snap in and care so much about the characters immediately. Would be such a blast to stage live, or watch from the audience. There's room for designers and a director to navigate exactly how extravagant the surprise is, which would be so fun to dig into. Really well done.

Hilarious, lovely play that hits hard in 2020 even though it's set in 2016. A joy to read and I'm sure will be an even greater joy to see staged.
