As a native New Yorker, I love these short vignettes. I have met every one of these people at some time. I especially love the cab driver...so New York! This trio of one minute plays would be a hit everywhere and to anyone who has visited or lived in NYC.

I’m a sucker for a vignette show, and Rinkel certainly makes one hell of a show here! As a performer in many aspects, New York is a place I respect and adore whole heartily. This piece shows us the humorous and stereotypical side of New York, as well as the serious and prideful side of what makes the city so amazing. The conversation about why the city is called the bug apple is so hilarious! And the final vignette is so beautiful. This is a short but impactful play by Rinkel here.
