Great script! Complex, interesting dynamics at play between the characters and such a heart-wrenching topic. The pacing and the dialogue all feel on point. It is an engaging read and it would be great to see this come to life on stage.

Wow. This script somehow manages to be hilarious, gripping, frightening and tragic all in one go. Well-written characters are caught in a taut, believable conflict. I will be thinking about this one for awhile.

This play is so, so good. The woman who recently found herself in charge of the Carson County Animal Control has to mediate a dispute between two dog owners in this play about assumptions and why we (humans AND dogs) are the way we are. With a small cast and a single set, this would be easy for a theater company of any size to produce, and they should - it's wonderful, and the ending broke my heart.
