A RESERVATION is a delightful 10-minute play. This play has a fantastic pace and strong comedy throughout. The ridiculousness of needing a reservation for a bathroom is only surpassed by the revelation at the end!

This would be a delightful addition to any evening of 10-minute plays.

With a nod to Abbott and Costello, John Kelly has fun with wordplay and a pressing need. Good fun!

JOHN KELLY had me hooked on a quick paced dialogue, but I must admit I was totally surprised and amused at the ending, “A Reservation” is a very funny play and will be a hit with any audience.

The brisk and energetic wordplay in this delicious comedy build to an amusing conclusion followed by an even funnier kicker. This play would be a welcome addition to any festival of short pieces.

A madcap farce, about the urge we all face. Playwright John Kelly has written a fast, funny, furious look at the conventions of snooty restaurants - but all is not as it seems. Would love to see this performed - hopefully right before the intermission!
