Estelle and Harold are hosting a housewarming party at their new 55+ condo. But Harold has committed a faux pas prior to the neighbors' arrival. And now the Amazon box belonging to the next door neighbors has been hastily thrown on the fire escape and they are both out there trying to figure out how talk their way out of being caught with opening the neighbors' package. If only the contents weren't so....
