  • Aly Kantor: Come Find Me

A cluttered room loaded with dusty antiques forms the incredibly atmospheric backdrop of this magical journey into unreality, in which two women, presumed to be sisters, rehash a dark and painful event from the past. The language is stunning, bordering on poetic, and the moments of magic and wisdom kept me guessing about the circumstances until the last line. Ultimately, this is a stunning, poetic play about the fallibility of memory and persistence in the wake of grief. Stunning, moving work!

  • Susan Middaugh: Come Find Me

Christine is excellent at keeping us guessing about their relationship from the beginning. Her play is intriguing, well paced, poetic, startling and very well plotted. She compliments her audience by thinking we will figure out the story and the ending. Loved this bit of dialogue: "So they're full of people's energies. Whispers. the rustle of someone taking off their hat...." Deserves to be produced -- many times. Congratulations, Christine, and thank you.

Memories can be manipulated, and COME FIND ME proves that through the twists and turns of the story line, fast-faced dynamic dialogue, lots of subtext for actors, and non-stop conflict. One gem of a one-act!

  • Rachel Feeny-Williams: Come Find Me

"Come Find Me" captivates, enthralls and intrieguies in equal measure. You can see in your minds eye as you read you can see Anna and Georgie in an intimate space inviting the audience to be part of thair tale that twists and turns, drawing them in as you discover more. Its a piece I'd thoroughly recommend for multiple reasons but at its heart its just brilliantly constructed!

  • Caitlin Strom-Martin: Come Find Me

This is an enigmatic, moody, mysterious play with some beautiful lines and imagery, as well as two extremely intriguing parts for strong actresses. I've been mulling over it since I read it and I just love the images this play conjures up! I'd love to see what an intimate staging could lend this work.

  • Kim E. Ruyle: Come Find Me

Come Find Me is taut, intriguing, and suspenseful. Foster’s deft touch with dialog draws us in, keeps us guessing and leaning in to learn the secrets of Anna and Georgie. These two women speak to each other, around each other, and across each other to reveal one memory only to dismantle it and replace it with another and then another. What’s real? What’s not? We learn the answer in the satisfying conclusion. Wonderful!

  • John Mabey: Come Find Me

I knew I had to read this play as soon as I read the description. Christine Foster writes characters with an incredible amount of life and realism, especially when the story itself is mysterious and enigmatic. In COME FIND ME, we meet two women who are complex in their attitudes and relationship, each wanting something from the other that is slowly revealed in exciting and thrilling ways. With the addition of dialogue that sometimes reads like poetry, this is a play sure to captivate from start to finish.
