God, this play is just so delectably intimate, from the close POV in the monologues to the relative scale of the conflict, which takes up so much space in the lives of the characters, already made smaller by COVID. I was especially fond of Panda, whose inclusion as a character adds so much charming theatricality. The human characters are also fantastic, flawed and broken but immensely relatable as a result. They felt incredibly vivid, which made all of the emotions (happy and sad) hit harder!
