Wry with plenty of surprises for those in the "audience" who supported the overturn of Roe v. Wade. Worthy of Margaret Atwood. Congratulations, Katie.

This play has stuck with me ever since I first heard Katie read it. In it's 10-minute run-time, it explores so many dimensions of a controversial issue while making us both gasp and laugh. Ultimately, it's piece that empowers women and encourages empathy and I thank Katie for writing it.

What a great example of actions having consequences! Such an intense and poignant satire.

One male and one female can double as all the gender specific characters aside from Jane and Helen who should be played by the same actors throughout.

Penny Applebaum can be "invisible" or pantomimed.

If desired, a number of people can be cast as "extras" and ad lib crowd noise to make up members of the assembly.
