“Seek and Hide” is a macabre two-character comedy that delves into the tumultuous relationship between an older mother who runs a small theater in Chicago and her newly-disgraced TV star son, who has been credibly accused of sexual assault. The son responds to the accusations by seeking treatment in a luxurious rehab center in the Arizona mountains when, despite his efforts to dissuade her, his mother comes to visit. As the two characters engage in a series of emotional and mental games, they confront the question of what the mother knows or is willing to believe about her son's behavior. Her need for the truth moves them both into ever more dangerous territory, and when he returns to his home in LA on the eve of his trial, what hangs in the air between them explodes and pushes her to make a choice she never would have imagined possible.
