Brilliant and for all the right reasons. It's like a well written joke with a thought-provoking punchline. Sure, you wonder why people love it and then hate it, though Lou does an awesome job of letting your imagination fill in the blanks. It's never really about the families moving in, it's about the agent. Great play!

A great, unique one-minute ride through the dark side with a perfect little twist at the finale! Love that real estate agent!

Ooooh! What is this house doing to its residents? Or are the residents just taking it out on the house, either way it needs a new door!
Once again this is a clever one minute play from Lou Jones, as there are so many questions left unanswered.
I would happily watch an evening of Jones short mysteries being staged.

Oh sure. Blame the house. This play very efficiently depicts the experience of two couples living in the same house at different times and sets up the expectation that a third couple will have a similar experience. The aging Estate Agent is a nice touch.

This made me laugh at the end! It takes some doing in such a short script. I had no idea where it was leading. I can envisage a lot of fun with the estate agent ageing before our eyes in each scene, with the use of glasses, a cap/hat, more formal wear such as a tie and slower movement. How about 70s hair/wigs and moustaches (those would be just for the men.) I also liked the change in dynamics by the 90s scene, with the woman leaving instead. It could easily be developed into a longer play. 10/10!
