Very thoughtful, meaningful and funny play. The couple at the heart of it are dealing with a LOT! We come to care for them by plays end but it shows how complicated and wonderful modern relationships can be. Ends with the perfect punchline to the whole endeavor. Read it! You’ll be glad you did.

There's something really juicy about the couple who is trying to be polite and get along when underneath simmers some very real hurts and resentments. Especially when those torrent of feelings are finally released. One part sweet, one part tragic, "Backyard Stonehenge" is relatable to anyone who has been in a long term relationship where things (and people) are not always what they seem.

03/27/2025 - This piece went in many pleasant directions that I wasn't expecting! Part lighthearted comedy, part thought-provoking drama, and all enjoyment from beginning to end. The characters are rich, and I love the (almost) supernatural element that's incorporated near the end. Easy to produce and bound to bring a smile to every audience member's face. Well done!
