  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: HOW TO FLY IN YOUR DREAMS

"When all around you is darkness, maybe you are the light." Little Nemo is definitely the light in this wonderful story that gives children power over their own dreams and nightmares. For children, sleep can be scary. A dark room, mysterious stories and creatures that enter your dreams. But Nemo learns to control the dream world and teaches children that they too can fly in their dreams! A gentle play of whimsy and magic.

9/30/24: This play is a dream! (Sorry, Brent.) I love the range of characters in this play from Brent Alles, a lovely adaptation of the classic Little Nemo comics. There’s wordplay-a-plenty, and just as much imagination. I could envision this as an excellent play for educational institutions and youth oriented theatre camps. Excellent work!

  • Michele Clarke: HOW TO FLY IN YOUR DREAMS

A charming adaptation of the "Little Nemo in Slumberland" comic strip. With doubling options in the 12-person cast, and scenes that can be achieved through lighting and sound, it's a gem for community theaters.
