ORANGE BOX:
BOB: The store manager of Orange Box. He is a middle-aged man obsessed with beating Blue Cube and making his store the best in the region. He is strict, demanding, and often rude to employees and customers. He has a secret crush on Alice, the manager of Blue Cube. NOTE: Bob is a member of the Orange Band. He is the Lead Singer and plays the harmonica.
JILL: The assistant manager of Orange Box. She is a young woman who is smart, ambitious, and loyal to Bob. She is always trying to impress him and help him achieve his goals. She also secretly loves him, but he doesn’t notice her. NOTE: Jill is a member of the Orange Band. He plays the keyboards.
TIM: Head of the customer service center at Orange Box. He is a friendly, cheerful, and helpful guy who likes to crack jokes and make people laugh. He is good at his job but often gets into trouble with Bob for being too lenient or careless. He has a rivalry with Al, the head of the customer service center at Blue Cube. NOTE: Tim is a member of the Orange Band. He plays the guitars, Acoustic and Electric.
HEIDI: Head of the contractor’s desk at Orange Box. She is a tough, confident, and attractive woman who knows much about home improvement projects. The contractors who come to her for advice and supplies respect her. She has a flirtatious relationship with Tim and a secret affair with Al. NOTE: Heidi is a member of the Orange Band. He plays the Bass and sings lead and backgrounds.
MARK: A new employee at Orange Box. He is a young man who is naive, clumsy, and eager to learn. He is assigned to work at the customer service center under Tim’s supervision. He is fascinated by home improvement and wants to become an expert. He also develops a crush on Lisa, a new employee at Blue Cube. NOTE: Mark is a member of the Orange Band. He plays percussion.

BLUE CUBE:
ALICE: The store manager of Blue Cube. She is a middle-aged woman who is calm, professional, and competent. She runs her store efficiently and effectively. She is aware of Bob’s crush on her, but she doesn’t reciprocate his feelings. She prefers to focus on her work and her family. NOTE: Alice is a member of the Blue Band. He plays the Bass and sings lead and backgrounds.
JACK: The assistant manager of Blue Cube. He is a young man who is lazy, arrogant, and dishonest. He doesn’t care about his job or his customers. He only works at Blue Cube because his father is a high-ranking executive in the company. He often slacks off or delegates his tasks to others. He has a rivalry with Jill, the assistant manager of Orange Box. NOTE: Jack is a member of the Blue Band. He plays percussion.
AL: Head of the customer service center at Blue Cube. He is a serious, stern, and strict guy who likes to follow rules and procedures. He is good at his job but often gets into trouble with Alice for being too harsh or rigid. He has a rivalry with Tim, the head of the customer service center at Orange Box. NOTE: AL is a member of the Blue Band. He plays the guitars, Acoustic and Electric.
KAREN: She is the head of the contractors' desk at Blue Cube. She is a sweet, gentle, and kind woman who loves to help people with their home improvement needs. The contractors who come to her for guidance and support admire her. She has a friendly relationship with Heidi, the head of the contractors' desk at Orange Box. NOTE: Karen is a member of the Blue Band. She plays the keyboards.
LISA: A new employee at Blue Cube, Lisa is a shy, quiet, and nervous young woman. She is assigned to work at the customer service center under Al’s supervision. She is intimidated by the world of home improvement and wants to quit her job. She also develops a crush on Mark, a new employee at Orange Box. NOTE: Lisa is a member of the Blue Band. She is the Lead Singer.
