Scott Sickles strikes again! Plus or Minus One is a fantastic monologue that kind of makes me want to be an actor again: just to arm myself with a great audition piece like this one. It's topical, relevant, engaging, and extremely entertaining. Actors, check this one out! Great work, Scott. Thank you for sharing this wonderful monologue.

Oh that is scathingly funny, especially that last line. And how well this hits home. Not MY home specifically, but I know so many people on that other side of the political fence from my own (I am a Democrat and ally), and this monologue shines a dark light on those who present to you one way, while condemning in other ways. This is smart stuff, but then, it's from Scott Sickles, a master of blistering satire.

A marvelous short monologue in which the protagonist takes no prisoners in a blistering attack and leaves no questions about the ultimatum. If you thought emotions couldn't get higher at a wedding ceremony, Scott Sickles' "Plus or Minus One" will show you differently.
