As a resident of Savannah, Georgia, a city that hinges entirely on its St. Patrick’s Day festivities, this play tickles me. As a Soylent Green fan, this play tickles me. As a lover of absurdity, this play tickles me. Jacquie… STOP TICKLING ME!!!

Dark, twisted, magical Floyd-Priskorn fun for St Patrick's Day. You'll never look at a Shamrock Shake the same way again. What is in our food, indeed?!

I chortled! Beyond funny! And not just the classic scifi movie reference, but the reactions of the other characters! Short. Pithy. Disturbing!

01/23/2026 - As someone who looks forward to Shamrock Shakes every March, I was immediately drawn to this piece from the synopsis alone. The stage directions are just as funny as the lines of dialogue and the ending left me wanting more. Happy early St. Patrick's Day to all and enjoy this great new piece from the wonderfully talented, Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn.

Green with envy that JFP came up with this idea before I did. She had me at "Irish Charleston Heston." A very funny one minute play with a delicious (?) payoff.

So much fun in only a minute in this Gaelic spin on Soylent Green. Even the stage directions are hilarious.

I started chuckling right at the beginning and didn't stop. This fun little piece finally explains where the wee folk have gone. Perfect St. Patrick's Day fare!

I was on board as soon as Irish Charleton Heston showed up, which was the second sentence. What a wacky and wonderful one minute play!! Too much (seasonal) fun!

03.18.25 - Jacquie had me at the first mention of "Irish Charleton Heston" and never let me go. I laughed my head off at the knowing implication of where this was going. Now they need to find an actor who looks like a little Edward G. Robinson to play one of the shake lovers. Hilarious.

Now I need to find my own partially gelatinated nondairy gum-based drink to find out the truth. And what’s become of the little people? What a wild wacky one minute. I imagine audiences imbibing a few green beers as they enjoy this St. Patrick’s Day treat.
