LAUGH? I fell off my chair and screamed - at least I wasn't tied to it. Cracking dark writing from Morey Norkin = it takes a fine mind to create sudden and vivid horror only to make it so funny! Perfectly pitched and perfectly hilarious - another triumph from Morey!

"Heads You Lose," a grimly, funny cautionary tale that exemplifies both the human/device power struggle as well as the one between genders. The ending took me completely by surprise in the best kind of revengeful way. "Heads You Lose" would be great in any one act or comedy festival. It has great potential for physically absurd staging.

A darkly comic bit of absurdity. Not everyone’s cut out for this kind of story, but it’s definitely in my wheelhouse! A delightfully twisted read!

Oh man! Who knew a torture scene could be so funny? Well done!

A fine piece of gallows humour if ever there was!
Tarantino needs to have a look at this short, dark, downright funny play, for his next movie.
    Great fun!

Okay, I CACKLED! This is a viscerally gruesome but ultimately very funny microplay that will definitely have audiences squirming in their seats - and, luckily for them, it accomplishes this in a lightning-quick one-minute run time! Enjoy the full-body cringe, relax into the genuine laugh of catharsis, and then move right on to the next! haha! Bravo!

11.04.24 - Okay, THAT made me laugh out loud. Way to go Morey, you've done it again. Didn't think you could make torture funny, but I've been wrong before. Morey does it with ease. And as I read, I thought, "who's really being tortured here?" (Well it's certainly not the audience. They will have a grand old time)
And that last line? >Chef's kiss<

Okay! YEAH!! I get the joke. And I appreciate humor that dares to be grisly, yet works! Very nice, Morey. Now give me another!

Okay, I was scared for the man in the chair, literally laughing in the face of danger and death. Then the last line had me laughing too!!! I did NOT see that blow line coming!
Let me suggest this as the perfect script for a filmmaker who wants to showcase their special effects and gore makeup!
