The complexities of global politics always daunting. Who to believe? Two friends--colleagues, artists respectful of each others' work (who both genuinely connect on the death of one's beloved cat)--clash on an Amiri Baraka poem and discover there's a wide gap between their opinions and their choice of sources. Deftly woven, this play demonstrates the ease with which we can be polarized when we should be desperately seeking ways to come together.
