This is a tapestry play: it's about overlapping pelvic & uterine disability communities, not a single protagonist. The (seeming) chaos is integral to the play.
This play is written for a cast of six (and only six) actors,
who each play all the characters whose names start with their letter:
A (plays Ashley, Ant, Amy, Ava, Abby, Alex)
B (plays Bridge, Bertie, Babe, Brittany, Bee)
C (plays Claire, Cami, Carson, Christine)
D (plays Di, Drew, Dylan, Dawn, Dev, Denny)
E (plays EJ, El, East, Emerson)
F (plays Fia)
The cast should be made up of people with uteruses OR femme people OR people hyperaware of the balance of estrogen and testosterone in their body, between the ages of 16 and 60.
With the exception of Claire (C in scenes 1 and 5), the A, B, C, D, and E actors play different characters in each scene until Scene 9. F only plays Fia, femme, 30s or 40s.
