Looking back on my business career, I now realize we needed a jester!

This play is nothing short of inspired. And, like the fabled jester, there's a point to be found underneath the jokes. Excellent short comedy.

Hilarious short play from Rand Higbee. There is absolutely nothing funny about a meeting in which someone is laid off, yet you will not stop laughing if you[re fortunate enough to see/read this play. Higbee balances absurdism with emotional honesty to make his point about antiseptic corporate downsizing. A gem!

Rand Higbee milks the premise for all it's worth and the pitting of old jester vs new was comedy gold, for those who like their humor juvenile (yet surprisingly smart) as I do.
