It’s a thought-provoking play with twist, and a sharp comment on people’s ability to pretend relationships. Funny, with dark humor! I enjoyed every word of it!

04.01.26 - Always fun to see creeps getting their comeuppance, and Jack Levine makes sure his character Kyle gets exactly what he deserves. I thought for a moment they were both going to screw each other over because of the title, but I think the right person got taken to the cleaners. Nicely done.

Scammers and bad men getting the karma they deserve! Such a thought provoking and funny play! The ending butters my eggroll! Awesome work Jack!

Classic comedy: Bad people doing bad things to others and one another then getting their comeuppance. Well done by Jack Levine.

A funny yet thought provoking scenario. This play will certainly generate discussions in the car on the way home from the theater! What is love and marriage without trust? What is trust without truth? Who are these two people, really. Satisfying twist at the end. You go girl!

  • Marshall Logan Gibbs: EQUALS OF A NATURE

In a world ran by money, it’s hard to know who is really scamming who. This short play is definitely not a love story - and that’s exactly what I love about it. Funny, sharp, and with a satisfying twist. Nice work!

A fun play with a more than fair twist at the end. Takes one to know one. They deserve each other. Good job, Jack.

Kyle and Brianna are young and in love. He, with her beauty. She, with his money. But hey, I am sure totally healthy and long lasting relationships have been built on much less than that, right? As they wait at the airport on their way to elope, they discuss their plans for their honeymoon (and beyond) and learn that they have more in common than either of them thought. A darkly funny ten minute play.

Oh, what fun! Trust is everything, right? Jack Levine keeps the audience guessing until the very justified end. This would be a wonderful inclusion in any festival.

Ah, young love. Or... not? Levine keeps you guessing here as we get to examine a couple that maybe shouldn't have coupled. An enjoyable 10-minute with some nifty twists at the end.
