buried. Each region developed its own folklore for how to dispose of the vampire and stop the
curse including (but not limited to) decapitation, burning...

a vampire. In 1850, northeastern America experienced a vampire craze in response to
tuberculosis. As legend goes, a vampire will spread disease amongst your community once
buried. Each region developed its own folklore for how to dispose of the vampire and stop the
curse including (but not limited to) decapitation, burning, relatives of the vampire breathing the
air of the vampire’s flesh, and even the classic stake through the heart. This story takes place at
night in a Graveyard in Providence, RI 1850.
