There's plenty to be said about the caller who thinks they'll never get caught on the business end of a customer's tirade. Nice to see justice finally actualized for once. Anne's sudden recognition of not having an exit strategy - or an exit! - was just the icing on the cake. Fun little read!

Kudos to playwright Julie Brandon for crafting a delicious comeuppance fantasy that should unite the masses. Great fun to read, as it would be to watch, for anyone who ever toiled in retail or service industries. Revenge is a dish best served on stage.
