What strikes me most are the similarities between Mr. Bunny and a certain other mister - I'm not giving anything away - that turn this very funny, rather adorable piece into a mystery that takes on a psychological bent, and then we're back in the humor and quirk of Lawing's fanciful piece. Well done!

What a delightful spin on childhood friends. This comedy is jaded, endearing and full of surprises. Would be a great addition to festivals of 10 minute plays, especially in Valdez, Alaska, where bunnies roam free. Could also be a fabulous part of a festival devoted to the Easter holiday.

Funny, jarring, and defying all expectations, this short play is fascinating encounter between a woman and the childhood bunny she loved and left as a child. Children often move on quickly from their stuffed toys in favor of whatever new exciting one grabs their attention. Lawing explores the unthought of after effects of those broken hearted toys who were left behind. Lots of fun!
