Kristen is an emerging Los Angeles-based playwright and Ovation Award-winning actress whose work centers on family, identity, and the universal need to belong. A member of a curated writers' collective led by award-winning playwright and filmmaker Del Shores (Sordid Lives, Southern Baptist Sissies), she has developed her craft under his mentorship alongside a community of working writers.

Her debut stage play, Sharp Curves, born from a personal family experience, received its first staged reading at the Broadwater Theater in Los Angeles in 2023. Her newest work, Dancing on the Titanic, received a reading at the Broadwater earlier this year.
