ATP enjoys extensive relationships with a number of producing partners, including both the award-winning Donmar Warehouse and the Michael Grandage Company in London.
Prior to joining ATP, Sam was the Director of Programming at the Summer Play Festival in New York. The Summer Play Festival (SPF), at New York's award-winning Public Theater, was a highly acclaimed Festival of new plays and musicals created in 2004 to nurture emerging artists, producing the work of over 100 emerging playwrights and composers, and around 1000 directors, designers, and other theatre artists.
SPF's writers and artists have gone on to receive numerous nominations, awards and accolades, including Emmy, Oscar, Tony, and Golden Globe awards, and the Pulitzer prize. They have received productions on Broadway, off-Broadway, regionally and internationally, and many have also developed projects with major film and television companies.
