Scott Zenreich is a writer, actor, and director living in Seattle, WA. His work includes plays with Actors Theatre of Louisville, Amphibian Stage, Undermain Theatre, the AT&T Performing Arts Center (Dallas), WaterTower Theatre, Casa Manana, and Dallas Children's Theater. Scott is a member of Actors Equity Association, the Dramatists Guild of America, and is an alumnus of Directors Lab Web (Pasadena Playhouse) and DirectorsLabChicago. He earned a BFA in musical theatre from Emerson College, and currently works on staff at Seattle Rep.

Synopsis

Hershel of Ostropol must defeat the goblins who haunt the synagogue at the top of the hill, keeping the villagers from celebrating Hanukkah. Adapted from the Caldecott-award winning book by Eric Kimmel, the play is told with puppets, an original klezmer score, and the power of a child's imagination.

A husband and wife open a pastry shop in the North End, making the best cannoli in Boston. Upon meeting their neighbor the Pastry King, one of the city's most established restaurateurs, odd and terrible things start to happen. Synopsis

Hamlet, Prince of Denmark, has a problem. He commissions a performance from a troupe of Players to exact revenge on his murderous uncle, but it may be more trouble than it's worth. Originally commissioned as a co-production between Amphibian Stage and Fort Worth Opera, the play is an irreverent riff on one of Shakespeare's greatest hits.
